Quatrimmo’s adventure began a year ago already and after working under the radar for several months, we are now pleased to announce our first acquisition, the 198 boulevard Curé-Labelle in Laval. This 59,000 sq. ft. site is exceptionally well located in the Sainte-Rose district, on the corner of Curé-Labelle and Marc-Aurèle Fortin boulevards, and close to the Rivière des Milles-îles.
 
Quatrimmo will develop a multi-residential project of 225 rental condos starting in 2025 and, beyond the numbers, a dynamic and modern living environment incorporating the highest eco-efficiency standards.
