Partner, Vice President of Real Estate Development
Cédric Constantin
President & Founder
Early on, Cédric developed a passion for city planning and real estate. After his university studies in urban planning, he built a ten-year career with one of the largest real estate owners and developers in the country, reaching the position of Vice President of Real Estate Development. He excels in obtaining development rights, managing stakeholders, and planning complex and diversified projects.

Since 2022, he has been fully dedicated to the realization of multi-residential, industrial, and commercial projects as a co-investor. Cédric is involved in all stages of the acquisitions and supervises the development process of various real estate projects for the group.
Michael Saint-Louis
Having grown up in a family involved in construction, Michael has been passionate about real estate since a young age. After studying and working in the finance sector, he joined one of the largest real estate owners and developers in Canada. Following several years with the group, including three years as Vice President Financing, he embarked on the Quatrimmo adventure with long-time partners and friends.

With his extensive institutional experience in real estate and finance, Michael oversees the strategic vision of the company's operations, investments, financings, partnerships and ensures the sustainable growth of the group.

Zack Jorgensen-Price
Vice President Construction
Zack began his career in accounting and tax, where he developed his passion for real estate. After transitioning from Deloitte, he took on leadership roles in finance and operations across multiple international property groups, driving performance and maximizing returns. With a decade of institutional experience in finance and investment, Zack specializes in developing financial strategies that deliver optimal outcomes across the capital stack. His broad expertise in accounting, finance and operations positions him as a key member of Quatrimmo's team.
Luc Girard
Luc Girard has extensive experience and expertise in the construction field, with a career spanning more than 44 years. He has supervised the construction of major multi-residential, commercial and institutional projects, not only in Quebec, but also in the rest of Canada and the United States. After working as a general contractor, he held various project management positions for different real estate companies. He was also Vice-President of the construction departments for some of Quebec's largest developers. Over the course of his career, Luc has participated in the delivery of several thousand residential units, from condominiums to rental units and seniors' residences.

Quatrimmo is fortunate to benefit from Luc's expertise, as he is responsible for supervising and coordinating the construction process on all our projects.
